Bolverk Games has announced that their platformer Glyph, which originally released earlier this year on Nintendo Switch, will be making the leap to Steam in the near future.

One part Super Monkey Ball and one part Journey, Glyph finds itself in a special spot among other platformers. It casts players as scarab in a desert on a mission to uncover an ancient civilization beneath the sands, asking them to roll, bounce, glide, and solve puzzles across a variety of precision-based challenges. And that uniqueness has paid off for it so far, as it has been fairly well-received since it launched on Switch, largely due to its tight controls, solid soundtrack, and compelling setting.

Glyph features 80 story levels, 30 time trials, and over 100 secrets to uncover throughout your journey. Among those secrets are cool upgrades and a sweeping collection of nifty cosmetic skins that can help add a bit of personal flair to the experience. Whether you’re just looking to play its main campaign or dive into speedrunning, there’s no shortage of content to keep you busy.

Lucky for players who will be diving into Glyph for the first time on PC, Bolverk Games has had a good bit of time to patch and refine the game on Switch in preparation for a move to new hardware. While you wait for its eventual release, you can sign up for an upcoming demo that can help you decide if the game is for you, or you can add it to your Steam wishlist right away.

Billy will always claim he didn't intentionally get the platinum trophy in Snoopy's Grand Adventure, but he's lying.
