Bunnyhug and Coatstink Games’ story-driven fishing RPG Moonglow Bay launches next Thursday, October 7 on Xbox consoles and Steam.

Moonglow Bay is a voxel art role-playing game that takes place in a fictional Canadian town which was once known for its bountiful fish and passionate fishermen. However, rumors of dangerous creatures lurking off the coast scared away many of those who made a living fishing, and the town is now on the verge of bankruptcy. That’s where you come in, though, as you aim to fulfill your partner’s dying wish of reviving the town with a new fishing business.

As you explore the coastline fishing with rods and nets, finding new cooking recipes, and befriending the townsfolk, you’ll ultimately work towards your goal of solving the mystery of whether there is truly something to be afraid of out there in the waters around Moonglow Bay. There are over 100 aquatic species for you to discover along your quest, and you can find them all entirely alone or in local drop-in-drop-out co-op with a pal.

You don’t have to wait much longer to get to fishing, as you can set out on your journey in Moonglow Bay next week on Xbox and Steam. The best news of all, however, is that the game will even be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one, so subscribers can jump right in and begin enjoying it at no extra cost! The game will later join the Epic Games Store on November 11.

Billy will always claim he didn't intentionally get the platinum trophy in Snoopy's Grand Adventure, but he's lying.
