WolfEye Studios and Devolver Digital are bringing their quirky action RPG Weird West to consoles and PC on January 11.

Weird West provides a dark fantasy reimagining of the developing frontier filled with dangerous creatures and an interesting collection of atypical heroes. As players venture through the game’s wild and untamed locations, they’ll be presented with no shortage of opportunities to make meaningful choices about what kind of person they’d like to be. As decisions are made, the path towards the ending will change ever more, promising that no two explorers of this land will ever share the exact same adventure.

Pre-ordering the game on Steam nets players a special horse named Calamity, a mule that has a variety of useful features. It doubles inventory size, allows for easy escapes from combat, and a generally faster travel time that can assist with meeting the requirements of timed objectives. In addition, the horse’s saddlebags will come equipped with helpful items like lockpicks, bandages, and more. As far as pre-order incentives go, this one ain’t so bad, pardner.

Weird West will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and X, and PC when it launches in the middle of next month. You can learn more about it and find pre-order links for all platforms on the game’s official website.

Billy will always claim he didn't intentionally get the platinum trophy in Snoopy's Grand Adventure, but he's lying.
